Field Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure our high standards are maintained at every location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple job sites

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members

  • Maintain an on-call list of janitors for last-minute placements

  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company standards

  • Address client concerns, generate work orders, and follow through on resolutions

  • Order and manage inventory of janitorial supplies and equipment (vacuums, keys, etc.)

  • Ensure staff have the tools and training needed to succeed

  • Identify facility cleaning problems and implement corrective action plans

  • Perform janitorial duties as needed to cover staffing gaps or complete urgent work orders

  • Communicate with corporate office personnel and execute company objectives

  • Use technology systems for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, janitorial, or cleaning operations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to visit multiple job sites

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts

  • Military experience preferred
