Reliable Commercial Cleaning Inc. is a disabled veteran-minority owned small business serving the greater Puget Sound area since 2008. Our company's cleaning standards and efficient cleaning methods were developed to mirror the standards of perfection established by our military.

Starting with the business plan of just providing innovative, high quality commercial floor care services, Reliable Commercial Cleaning began providing full service janitorial in 2009, per the request of loyal, satisfied clients. Full service janitorial quickly became a focus and we expanded to provide facility services for organizations such as CBRE, Museum of Flight, and Neil Walter Company.

By instilling a customer-first culture, we have been able to establish long term relationship with our current customer base. We pride ourselves on timely responses and thorough plans of action to accommodate the many different facility needs our customers encounter.

Training is the key element instilled in the Reliable Commercial Cleaning culture. Our team members are taught the most effective and efficient cleaning techniques leading to the highest cleaning standards. This in turn creates a higher degree of customer satisfaction.

Leadership Team

Aaron Quinonez

Founder & President

Former Marine and combat veteran who founded RCC with military precision and dedication to excellence.

Aaron Quinonez is a former Marine who served 8 years in the Marine Corp with 1 combat tour in Iraq in 2003. Aaron was part of the elite Special Forces team, 1st Anglico. Their mission was to control the close air support and artillery on the battlefield. Aaron reached the rank of Sergeant, became the units close combat instructor, and a master parachutist. After returning home Aaron found work as a janitor, working his way up to floor technician, then supervisor, and finally night operations manager.

After several years working in the industry, Aaron decided to strike out on his own and created Reliable Commercial Cleaning (RCC). RCC began cleaning military installations, specializing in floor care using new innovative floor care technology that was far superior to traditional water based wax. Through his use of superior products and the strict attention to detail learned in the Marines, Aaron has built a superior janitorial company founded on the principals of reliability, honesty and commitment.

Due to his military service, Aaron suffers from the ill effects of PTSD developed during his time in Iraq. Aaron has gone through multiple therapies through the VA, but did not find true healing until God set a path for him in the mission field. For seven years now, Aaron has traveled a few times each year working on sustainability projects, building churches and schools. Aaron has found healing through serving others. Last November God called upon Aaron again to lead other struggling veterans onto the mission field so they too could find the hope they had lost. QMissions and Operation Restore Hope were soon born. Through his dedication and commitment to his passion to serve others, Aaron now leads teams of veterans on the mission field serving the poor while restoring the hope in his comrade's hearts.

Carey Wheeler

Chief Operating Officer

Operations expert with over 25 years of industry experience and proven leadership skills.

Carey has been with Reliable Commercial Cleaning since January of 2012. Having already spent 10 years in the industry, Carey brought a passion for customer service, quality, and efficiency. Starting with RCC as a Client Service Manager for thirty plus Multicare locations, Carey instantly had oversight over 1 million square feet of medical locations and fifty plus janitors.

Since February of 2015 as Chief Operations Officer, Carey's leadership has overseen the development of many operational systems such as an overhaul of procedure manuals and the implementation of new technology using mobile apps to increase accountability and efficiency at each location. Prior to the cleaning industry, Carey spent 15 years in the restaurant business as a general manager and has an Associate's Degree in Accounting.
