QMissions was founded by Aaron Quinonez (Sgt Q), President of Reliable Commercial Cleaning, as a response to his own journey of healing from combat-related PTSD. After serving 8 years in the Marine Corps with a combat tour in Iraq as part of the elite 1st ANGLICO Special Forces team, Aaron struggled with the invisible wounds of war.

Traditional therapies through the VA provided limited relief, but Aaron discovered something transformative during his first mission trip - serving others became the pathway to his own healing. For seven years, he has traveled multiple times each year working on sustainability projects, building churches and schools, and serving impoverished communities around the world.

Recognizing that many of his fellow veterans were struggling with similar challenges, Aaron felt called to share this healing opportunity. In November 2022, QMissions and Operation Restore Hope were officially launched with a clear mission: to lead teams of struggling veterans onto the mission field where they can find purpose, brotherhood, and restoration through serving others.

The organization focuses on sustainable development projects that create lasting impact in underserved communities while providing veterans with meaningful opportunities to use their skills and leadership abilities in service of others. Through this work, veterans discover that their greatest battles can become their greatest victories when channeled into serving those in need.
